Materials: -

  • Carrots - 200 grams
  • Sugar - 100 grams
  • Milk - 250 grams
  • Ghee - 20 grams
  • Small cardamom - 3/4

Cooking method: -

First you have to wash the carrots well, then you have to clean them, peel them and pick them well. Boil with milk until soft. Stir in the sugar. When the aqueous part is dry, it should be taken down after 2 minutes with ghee and cardamom.
