To provide data security on
all computers in the network, you need to use the password when logging in to
the computer. This is a very important feature of all computers in the network.
Passwords are, in fact, secret signals or words. All computers on the network
may contain different information, so it is important to provide a password to
the computer to protect that important
For example, banks currently
use ATM cards to withdraw money.When an ATM card user withdraws money from his / her bank account with
the help of ATM card, he / she has to input a password from the bank. Only if
the password is correct will the person be allowed to withdraw money from his
account. If the wrong password is entered, the person will not be allowed to
access the account. In that case the computer shows incorrect password message.If for any reason another person knows that password, he can withdraw all the money from the ATM card holder's account and make him destitute. Therefore, the importance of password in ATM service in the bank is immense.
Passwords can be created
on a computer keyboard by combining Alphabet (A-Z), Number (0-9), and Special
Character (!, @, #, $,% ^). The user can create a password with any character
of his choice. There are no specific rules and regulations.However, keep in mind that each password is a
combination of Alphabet (A-Z), Number (0-9), and Special Character (!, @, #,
$,% ^) To make it a stronger password. In that case, hackers cannot break that
password and steal
information. Entering passwords from the keyboard is one of
them It looks like ***** (star) or ..... (bullet).Even if someone other than the user sees it, it is not possible for them
to know the correct password. Also a token password is given when creating the
e-mail id. The e-mail password is the user's confidential code that allows the
user to access the account.No one else can use that e-mail account without his
permission. This password can be used to access a previously created e-mail
account.
পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যাবহার মূল উদ্দেশ্য হল ডেটার নিরাপত্তা । অন্য কোনো অবৈধ ব্যাক্তি বা ব্যাবহারকারী যেন সেই তথ্য চুরি না করতে পারে সেই কারণে নেটওয়ার্কে যুক্ত সমস্ত কম্পিউটারে পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবস্থা রাখা হয়েছে । উদাহরণস্বরূপ বলা যায়, বর্তমানে ব্যাঙ্কে ATM কার্ড ব্যবহার করে টাকা তোলা হয় ।যখন কোনো ATM কার্ড ব্যাবহারকারী নিজস্ব ব্যাঙ্ক একাউন্ট থেকে ATM কার্ডের সাহার্য্যে টাকা তোলেন সেই সময় তাকে ব্যাঙ্ক থেকে প্রদেয় একটি পাসওয়ার্ড ইনপুট করতে হয় । পাসওয়ার্ডটি সঠিক হলে তবেই সেই ব্যাক্তি তার একাউন্ট থেকে টাকা তোলার অনুমতি পাই । যদি ভুল পাসওয়ার্ড এন্ট্রি করা হয় সেক্ষেত্রে ঐ ব্যাক্তি একাউন্টে প্রবেশের অনুমতি পায় না । সেক্ষেত্রে কম্পিউটার incorrect Password বার্তা দেখায় । কোনো কারণে অন্য কোনো ব্যাক্তি ঐ পাসওয়ার্ড জেনে সেক্ষেত্রে ATM কার্ড হোল্ডারের account থেকে সমস্ত টাকা তুলে তাকে নিঃস্ব করে দিতে পারে ।তাই ব্যাঙ্কে ATM পরিষেবায় পাসওয়ার্ড-এর গুরুত্ব অপরিসীম ।
পাসওয়ার্ড মূলত কম্পিউটারে কী-বোর্ডের Alphabet (A-Z), Number(0-9), এবং Special Character (!, @, #, $, % ^) ইত্যাদির সংমিশ্রনে তৈরি করা যায় । ব্যাবহারকারী তার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী যে কোনো অক্ষর দ্বারা পাসওয়ার্ড তৈরি করতে পারেন । আর কোনো নির্দিষ্ট নিয়ম নীতি নেই । তবে মনে রাখতে হবে, প্রত্যেক পাসওয়ার্ড-এর ক্ষেত্রে Alphabet (A-Z), Number(0-9), এবং Special Character (!, @, #, $, % ^) এর সংমিশ্রণে তৈরি করলে সেটি একটি শক্তিশালী পাসওয়ার্ড-এ পরিণত হয় । সেক্ষেত্রে হ্যাকাররা সেই পাসওয়ার্ড পাসওয়ার্ড ভেঙে তথ্য চুরি করতে পারে না । কী-বোর্ড থেকে পাসওয়ার্ড এন্ট্রি করলে সেগুলি একটি
*****(star) বা ..... (বুলেট) এর মতো দেখতে হয় । ব্যাবহারকারী ছাড়া অন্য কোনো ব্যাক্তি সেটি দেখলেও সঠিক পাসওয়ার্ড টি কি তা তার পক্ষে জানা সম্ভব নয় । এছাড়া ই-মেল আই.ডি তৈরি করার সময় একটি সংকেতিক পাসওয়ার্ড দেওয়া হয় । ই-মেল পাসওয়ার্ড হল ব্যাবহারকারী গোপনীয় সংকেত যার সাহায্যে ব্যাবহারকারী নিজে ওই একাউন্ট ব্যাবহারহার করতে পারবে । তার অনুমতি ছাড়া অন্য কোনো ব্যাক্তি ওই ই-মেল একাউন্ট ব্যবহার করতে পারবে না । এই পাসওয়ার্ড -এর সাহায্যে পূর্বে তৈরি করা কোনো ই-মেল একাউন্টে প্রবেশ করা যায় ।
